Unfortunately, Personal training is an unregulated industry, anyone can take a weekend course and call themselves a Certified Personal Trainer, which is not safe and responsible at all! There is much more to personal training than you might think.

 

At Amico Fitness & Wellness, we respect each person’s history, background, body shape, and fitness level because every person is unique and needs a different approach when it comes to training.

We pay close attention to your results. We only work with a predetermined number of clients and will only take you as a client if we are certain we can fully support you. This guarantees you get the treatment and consideration that you need.

Every aspect of your training program will be fully explained as you go along, constantly adding to your understanding of your body and key fitness principles. We also consistently post articles on popular fitness, nutrition, and science topics on our Blog, Instagram, and Facebook pages.

While it is expected to start seeing and "feeling" the results soon after you begin training with us, we are not an option in case you're looking for a "quick fix" or superficial outcomes. Simply, for the fact that quick fixes aren't healthy and sustainable.
