What is In-Person Personal Training?

We know life is busy and sometimes work is a priority, but so is your health!

The key to reaching your fitness goals is consistency and dedication.

In-home Personal Training is a cost-effective option and saves you precious time from

crowded busy gyms, traffic jams, and searching parking spots or public transport. 

Perfect for busy professionals - busy moms and dads too!

No gym dues, no waiting for machines, no commuting time!

"But where can you train me?"

We will come to a place that it’s more convenient for you, whether that’s your home,

office, condo gym, or even a local park (weather permitting).

All we need in order to give you an awesome workout is your commitment!

 

We have everything we need to guide you through an efficient and safe workout in the comfort of your home.

We will keep you motivated, on-track, and making sure that you are enjoying the experience

and getting your results, your results are our results!

What Does The Process Look Like?

THIS IS HOW WE GET YOU STARTED, NO OBLIGATION - FREE SESSION

I will meet with you in the place that it’s most convenient for you, in order to get to know you and discuss how we can help you achieve and better understand your goals, check for any injury/health history, your preferences, and any obstacles that might be holding you back.

 

After, we'll perform a quick 10-minute movement assessment to help us understand better your strengths or any weak points we need to work on.

 

Finally, we will put you through a sample 30-minute workout routine

with lots of fun and sweat!

 

From there, if you decide to join us, we'll set you up for our first session!

YOUR FITNESS JOURNEY BEGINS! - IN-HOME WORKOUTS

 

I will meet you at the agreed location on our scheduled times and days. All you have to do is be ready for a great workout and have some fun!

 

Considering the information we obtained in the previous step, we'll start with our first personal training session. We'll guide you through your personalized workout program, explain proper form, and

highlight important things to look out for.

Throughout the sessions and as weeks go by, we'll make the necessary workout adjustments based on your progress and

feedback to ensure you are enjoying the workouts.

ACCOUNTABILITY

We'll be there beside you every step of the way.

Regular check-ins with your trainer ensure that you stay focused and consistent with the program. 

 

If need be, we'll check on you every single day via text or email to ensure you are doing OK and staying on track outside of our sessions. A quick 30-second check-in is all that's needed to improve program adherence and keep you true to your goals. 

 

We are here for you whenever you have any questions or need support so you’re never stuck feeling confused or unmotivated, send us a text or email and we'll reply as soon as possible!

RESULTS
TRACKING & ANALYSIS

We track your weight and body fat percentage on a weekly basis, for that, we strongly recommend buying a body fat percentage measurement scale.

We are also going to take your body circumference measurements on a quarterly basis depending on your goals.

If something is not working well or your goals and circumstances change, we'll make immediate adjustments

to your program.

You'll learn how to create healthier and sustainable habits. Considering your lifestyle, preferences, and the urgency of your goals, we'll figure out the right nutrition approach for you. This might include calorie and macronutrient tracking.

We encourage the use of a calorie-counting app to keep food journals. This way we can approximately track your intake of calories and nutrients.

 

We help you properly set up the app and teach you how to use it. By using the app we can give advice or offer thoughts on healthy eating alternatives!

NUTRITION COUNSELING

PROGRAM REVIEWS

Every 4-6 weeks we'll do a summary and progress analysis, basically taking a look at the big picture, to ensure you are staying motivated, enjoying the coaching process, and progressing at the right pace.

 

After analyzing your progress we'll revisit your goals and perhaps set new ones, and the cycle begins again.

Improve your overall health and enjoy a better quality of life! Together we'll cheer on wins and pick you up when you are down. We are in this together!

INVESTMENT / PACKAGES

IN-PERSON Sessions are 45 minutes to 1 hour long.

Package duration is based on training twice a week with us.

  • Why is LIVE Online Personal Training a great solution?
    There are many reasons! First of all, each workout it’s completely designed for each person’s attributes and goals. It’s so much better than watching a YouTube pre-recorded video with a workout that is “good” for everyone. It’s totally safe and customizable. For example, if you are feeling that your knees are sore and you are supposed to watch the “HIIT Booty Workout Video” that is based on squats, lunges, and jumping movements. You wouldn’t be able to change the routine because the workout on the video is not set specifically for you. It does not look like a safe option, right? With LIVE we are there with you! Listening to you, checking on your form, and if any limitations arise, we can change the exercise on the spot! So you do it safely and efficiently. Plus, you have the personal connection aspect of it. You will never feel alone during your journey towards a healthier lifestyle! We will keep you motivated, on-track, and accountable, with the goal of establishing lifelong beneficial habits and helping you be in the best health of your life.
  • Do I need equipment?
    It doesn’t matter if you have all equipment available or nothing but a yoga mat. We have everything we need to put you through a great workout. But if you do have any equipment, we can incorporate it into our sessions!
  • Will the workouts get boring eventually?
    Not at all! You can expect every single workout to be dynamic, fun, and challenging! We have clients that are working with us for almost 5 years and counting! And believe me - They never get bored!
  • How often can/should I train?
    That’s really up to you! But generally speaking, we recommend a minimum of twice per week (though most of our clients do train 3 times per week). We will also make a recommendation at your initial consultation based on your needs, goals, and budget.
